We put mats on our garage floor.  We painted our garage floor.  We epoxied our garage floor.  And, nothing lasted.  Our home garage floor was coated with this product over five years ago and it looks just the same today as the day it was finished.  No tire marks, oil or grease stains, and no worn places.  We liked it so much we bought the business, and when the patent was bought we followed the product.  Our decorative floors have the appearance of granite or terrazzo and we can offer you a wide variety of choices that will blend with any décor you choose when personalizing your garage.

Flooring

We offer the most durable and attractive garage floor coating available.  There is nothing remotely like it, and for good reason.  It is a PATENTED complex polymer base that limits moisture vapor emission and is finished with a highly durable polyaspartic top coating.  It is a three-step process unlike any other coating on the market today, and is the proprietary property of Ark-La-Tex Garage for this area.  No matter what any company tells you about their painted floors, epoxy floors or even floors that incorporate polyaspartic coating, if moisture vapor emission is not eliminated, they are not going to last.  This patented complex polymer, when used on properly prepared cement flooring, is the only substance we know of that successfully inhibits moisture and we are the only company you know of in this area that has it.  The one and two-step processes that others may offer cannot match our finished product in looks or longevity.

Cabinets

Garages often become an unorganized and unattractive storage room for everything you don’t want in your house and have no other place to put.  We can solve that problem through the design and installation of our unique organizational storage systems.  Using our state of the art computer design system we can create a set of cabinets that will utilize every inch of available space that would otherwise be useless.

Our modular based cabinets come in over 40 standard sizes, 5 finishes, and can be tastefully and functionally configured to fit almost any area.  All of our cabinets are finished on both sides in thermo-fused melamine and will not peel, bubble, or discolor.  Cleaning is simple with a soft cloth and almost any popular all-surface cleaner.  Our all-adjustable shelving, as well as top and bottom decks, are one inch thick and thermo-fused on both sides.  Constructed of dense industrial grade particleboard, that is nothing like the stapled together product you see displayed at the local home improvement center, these cabinets are warranted for as long as you own your house.

All of our cabinets are mounted off of the ground.  Since your garage is exposed to outside elements it is also a breeding ground for pests that seek the refuge of a cool dark place created by traditional cabinets with kick-boards.  And, mounting cabinets off the ground eliminates the potential for water damage.   They are mounted to the studs in your garage walls providing lasting strength and eliminating the stability and cleaning problems presented by cabinets on small legs every few feet apart.
